Hotel a Oconomowoc

“Great location - near interstate, shopping, restaurants, great golf courses, easy drive to MIlwaukee & Madison. Accomodating staff and well designed building. Two side by side elevators minimized wait time plus rooms have both real hangars, sheles & drawers, big showers, room darkening shades, excellent sound proofing, & Very comfortable beds. It would be perfect except for the uncomfortable chairs. Poor seating choices are forgiven thanks to all the postives and the surprisingly drlicious...

“Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is large. I have yet to find a staff member twho hasn't been friendly and super helpful. The only suggestions I have for improvement are: * update towels. They are currently thin and scratchy. * add a light source at the desk area in the rooms.”

“This property is very old and it looks it. The furniture is old, the tile is old. Everything was just a little broken. The side door entrance to the building didn't lock, my room door's top lock was broken. The vending machines didn't work. The bottom sheet on the bed was worn and pilling. When I arrived the place smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had to leave to get some air. So I guess they do clean, but it is just so old, there's not much you could do to fix it with any amount...

“We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard.”

“This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was...

“A great breakfast and I mean one above the cut of all the others.Breakfast is good don't miss it. And the staff has a great sense of humor sometimes you just need a smile to make your day, and that's in both directions”

“The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
