“I booked this hotel at the last minute. Upon arriving and entering the room, I noticed a strong, strange odor, but when I opened the bathroom, I was met with an unbearable stench; I couldn't even take a shower. I turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom to try to mask the bad smell. I won't book here again.”

“Wonderful place to stay right on lake Michigan. Would definitely stay here again. Prices are a little high for the age of the building, but the views are beautiful.”
