Hotel a New Glarus

“Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

“Good location”

“Friendliness of the staff. The thing that I didn't like is that it was pet friendly. I am afraid of them.”

“Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria ”

“Clean and well maintained”

“The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

“Super helpful staff regarding transportation to and from a local hospital for outpatient treatment, which was the reason we were in town. They were also very helpful for more typical needs, too.”

“Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine.”

“We appreciated the parking, clean room, helpful staff, the breakfast, comfort, and location to our events that took place in Verona and nearby. We would recommend the Sleep Inn and Suites in Verona, WI. The price was right and the important things were on par.”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very nice and gave some restaurant ideas. The only thing we did not care for was the height of the beds. They were kind of difficult to get into because they were so high. That could be a problem for older adults or children.”

“Clean rooms”

“3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit.”
