“We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. “Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”
