“This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. A fridge with a bottle of water is a thoughtful addition, the toiletries are Occitane, and the towel are of good quality cotton. The room had air conditioning which was essential during a heat wave. “We liked the location of this hotel, a quiet area within walking distance of the centre of Cheltenham. Our room was large and clean. The sink had a large crack which didn’t look great considering our first impression was a good one. Breakfast was good, not great, but good. Compliments to all the staff who were charming, welcoming and efficient throughout.”

“Really nice place, in a good location and with free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast is very good, served hot to your table. Would stay there again”
