“Very clean, rooms spacier then usual, Mary and Elizabeth do everything they can to make your stay memorable. Thank you for this. But the best is the quiet garden, in which yu can sit and really relax.”

“There was no running water on the property! We left after the first night, and they wouldn’t refund our money. On return, I had to can hotels.com to ask for refund, who said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property. I did get a refund, but would not recommend or go back. ”

I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. ”
