“The room was clean, but some maintenance needs to be done. Some of the staff were very good and some I feel need some more training such as the staff at the front desk. The food was not good. ”

“This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. ”

“There was no running water on the property! We left after the first night, and they wouldn’t refund our money. On return, I had to can hotels.com to ask for refund, who said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property. I did get a refund, but would not recommend or go back. ”
