“I love it. There was so much food and other stuff around the area. It was easy to get around. Check in was a little confusing but it was a breeze once you got a hold of someone in the camera. It’s our first time to Japan and it’s been amazing.”

What I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was despite the busy area. The accommodations are excellent as well - clean and spacious. Staff very responsive as well. “We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help.”

“Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”
