“The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy! Amazinggg place!”

“Amazing location!! An easy walk from the train station and the rooftop deck view of the Tokyo Tower is not to be believed! There are a total of 4 beds…one double in the living room, a couch that converts to a double bed and two twin/single beds in a separate room with a door. We used the futon mat in the closet to make one more bed on the floor. Shower and laundry facilities are excellent! It was a wonderful stay!”

“Good place in a more laid back part of Tokyo. The check-in process was rough. I highly recommend to the host to explain the check-in process as a part of their listing because I was not aware of the process and how it involved our passports and everything until the day we arrived. Since we arrived early evening, it added to the stress of trying to get into the place before dark. Also, be aware that while there’s a washer in the unit, they don’t provide laundry detergent. IMHO, it would be great...

“There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. ”
