“They charged me a smoking fee and I don't smoke. It put a 270.00 hold on my card and just caused so many issues. It got resolved but It caused a ton of issues with my bank. ”

“Breakfast buffet was not kept up. Buffet chafing dishes were empty most of the time. They would be emptied in minutes after being filled from the patrons waiting to eat and not be refilled for 20 minutes. The pancake machine was also broken. Very disappointing. ”

“Definitely does NOT feel like a 2 star hotel. More like 3 in a half. Its that good. Room was extremely well prepared and clean. Bed was comparable to that of a bed at a resort in Hawaii. I slept like a baby. Theres is a microwave and good size mini fridge. The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants. Its very safe area. I will definitely come back.”
