“I’d say they should check the rooms more thoroughly; there was a bedbug on the bed.”

“Room was really clean and beds were comfy. Parking was easy and convenient. The room we stayed in had a really nice vanity area to get ready at with a lighted mirror. Would stay here again.”

“I was given a room that was across from the main elevators from the lobby and overlooked the busy roadway. It was impossible to sleep due to the noises and music playing all night and the cars zooming by. my bed didn’t feel like it was cleaned and the TV wasn’t working. I just needed a central place to rest with free parking and this was its saving grace. the staff were courteous. not sure i would stay here again if i had to pay.”

“The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day.”

“This Hotel I will definitely stay at again. My children enjoyed the pool and spa every day we were there! The Breakfast was great and fresh!”

“We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)”
