“Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech.
Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all!
Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!”

“Wonderful stay convenient shuttle to six flags. One night stay with great amenities like the pool/ jacuzzi open till 10pm. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Rooms feel modern and the products smell amazing. The whole property is cute. Best mini vacay ever! Will def be back. ”

“After a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Detroit, I decided to try their Rohnert Park location—and it was just as perfect! It’s pet-friendly, has an excellent breakfast buffet, and features a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby that I loved. Parking was a breeze. Best of all, the staff was incredibly accommodating; they didn't hesitate to move me to a quieter room when a nearby baby started crying. A wonderful, pleasant stay—I'll definitely be visiting more Hampton Inns!”

“Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk.
