“Property was nice enough. Good for price. Fan was bit loose and made a bit of noise when being used. Had enjoyable stay. We needed bit more time to check out and staff didn't mind this and waited for us so that was a positive”

“Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...
