The Space:

The Flower Nest by Tiny Away sits in the quiet locality of Clydesdale, 20 minutes from Daylesford and 2 hours from Melbourne. The tiny home overlooks colorful flower fields and offers gorgeous sunset views. Nearby you’ll find Trentham Falls, Hepburn Bathhouse, Passing Clouds, and Hanging Rock Winery for a relaxing getaway.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Important Notice: Due to peak fire danger, campfires are not permitted on the property. Campfires may only be allowed after rainfall and with prior approval and supervision from the hosts.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and most outdoor areas but must ask before entering the animal paddock. The glamping site, located 150 meters away near a dam, might have limited access during bookings. Please provide notice if you plan to visit, and we’ll ensure privacy for all during your stay.



Advisory:



- To ensure the safety of our friendly dogs and a smooth check-in, we ask all guests to provide their expected arrival time in advance. This allows us to properly secure our dogs before your arrival.

- Not suitable for children due to the working farm environment and presence of animals.

The Flower Nest by Tiny Away is located in Clydesdale, just 20 minutes from Daylesford and 2 hours from Melbourne. The area is known for its wellness focus and friendly community. Here, you can relax in Daylesford’s mineral springs, enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking on Jubilee Lake and hiking to Wombat Hill.



Cultural experiences abound, from the Convent Gallery’s local art to boutique shopping, along with sightseeing spots such as Trentham Falls, the highest single-drop waterfall in Central Victoria, the historic Hepburn Bathhouse with its traditional underground spring spa, and the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens, perched atop an extinct volcano and featuring a walk-through fernery, picnic areas, and a lookout tower.

By Car:



- Clydesdale is 1 hour and 42 minutes (136 km) from Melbourne.

- Daylesford/Hepburn Springs is 17 minutes (23 km) away.

- Castlemaine is 24 minutes (26 km) away.

- Ballarat is 54 minutes (66 km) away.

- Bendigo is 53 minutes (61 km) away.



By Public Transport:



- Castlemaine has a VLine train station, and local taxis and buses are available for transport to Clydesdale.



By Flight:



- The nearest airport is Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), approximately 2 hours from Clydesdale by car. You can rent a car or take a shuttle service for direct access to the area.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Not suitable for children due to the working farm environment and presence of animals.

- Mobile reception has a good signal for Telstra; Weak signals for the rest

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- We have 3 friendly dogs and a cat who loves guests; you may hear the dogs bark occasionally

- We operate a flower farm on the property; guests are welcome to interact with us while we work.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- Kangaroos can be seen on the property; please watch for them on the road if arriving after dark

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
