“We stayed at Novotel Surfers Paradise for 3 nights, the beds were horrible and moving around badly and the bottom side of the beds sliding down, after I spoke to the receptions the manager called me and trying to move us to another room and apologised for the issues . The manager was very nice. Also she gave us complementary breakfast as apologised. ”

“Rooms are nice a spacious and relatively clean. Hotels itself it’s quite dirty and dusty, public bathrooms are shocking. The lines at check in/ membership are ridiculous slow with little amount of staff working the queues which is extremely frustrating to say the very least. Customer service is extremely poor through most avenues of this hotel and you’re usually met with a staff member pretending they didn’t see your needs for their attention/assistance. ”
