“For a Hyatt, I felt the room was very basic. While the windows were electronic contolled from the bedside, the temperature control was pretty basic. ”

We were allocated a tent site directly beside the bins without prior notice, which caused issues immediately. When I tried to call the office to discuss the tent location and seek assistance, my call was not returned.
