“Nice place. Keep in mind this is kid friendly resort. ”

“The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The room and bed were comfy and you can't beat the views from the bedroom and off the balcony. Location is on the edge of the forest so lots of...

“We are just coming back having stayed 6 nights. Our room and the whole gigantic property was very clean, with a beautiful view, the amenities were never ending and all the staff was very nice. We were there during spring break which was a very busy time. They do seem to be understaffed everywhere. Drinks and food took a long time so just prepared for that. Concierge is helpful however they always only had 1 on so the phone was never answered if you called them. Would definitely recommend staying...
