“Parking spaces not enough and far to go,expcial in raining day.”

“Our family, (two adults, two kids) recently stayed for one night mid week in July. The hotel is mid-value priced but you definitely get trade offs for this. Our room was on the second floor, but we had to hike our gear upstairs because there is no elevator. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities of a hotel at this price point. However. At 1 am, there was a distinct cigar/cigarette smell wafting into our room that woke me up, which was confirmed by the front desk...

“Room was clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked good. Heated pool was awesome. The only negative is the hotel is in a bad area of the city. Not their fault though, A lot of homeless, drug addicts, so not advisable to walk around, especially after sunset.”

“The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.”

“We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Quiet and well maintained. Staff were wonderful. We did not expect our room to be cleaned after our first night like other hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to see bed made, and all clean. The restaurant food is truly amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again.”
