“Clean room where everything was in working order. Room was actual a little cold but it was easy to adjust. Staff was excellent and helpful. ”

“The room was absolutely unclean. The staff was great and helpful! Cudos to them! I was literally trying to save money and so I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was disgusting and not clean. I definitely saved money, but feel like I shouldn't have paid hardly anything (much less what I actually paid) for the condition the room was in. An outdoor camping trip would have felt cleaner.”

“The bed was clean and comfortable, and the carpet looked new, but everything else looked worn. The bathroom needed work. Fixtures were delapidated and rusty - we decided not to shower. Check-in was OK, but none of the staff was overly friendly. Breakfast was minimal, only fresh fruit was 2 apples. ”

“The property was sold overall but the gym which is a primary reason I chose to stay there was not as well maintained as before. Two of the treadmills were broken and there were no towels in the facility. ”

“We had problems with our first room. We only had one coffee cup, the toilet roll was almost empty with no extra roll and the wifi didn’t work. We called the front desk and she was very nice. She couldn’t get the wifi to work but brought up more coffee cups and toilet paper. That night the toilet stopped working. The next morning we asked for a new room and they moved us . Everything worked in the new room and it was well stocked. The clerks at the front desk were the best thing about the hotel,...

“The hotel itself was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I had to put one negative word it would be that the water in the indoor pool was too cold for us in but otherwise it was a great experience. 9.75/10”
