“The breakfast was not well supplied and overcrowded. The room was only partially made up and supplied on the only one day in a three-day stay.”

“There was no stove available for me to use with my littles. The bathroom toilet had blood on it. I asked for bleach to clean and was told someone waa coming. No one ever came. You share a washer and dryer, I was unable to use because my sharing partner occupied it from Friday until midnight Saturday. Never again!”

“The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area. The front door entrance absolutely annoying! You have to push the handicapped button or pull/push for it to open instead of having sensors. When you have a lot in your hands...

“Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the tub was very slippery and I slipped and fell and hurt my shin the first time I showered. Other than that, all was well.”

“Fantastic pools, indoor and outdoor. Plenty of activities for kids. Clean and well-maintained rooms.”

“Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once.”

“A cut to the chase review. Pros: - Staff was all very nice. No complaints. - Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, therefore, the cost of Ubering back and forth was not bad. - Lots of parking. - Our suite met our needs. Three adults. Two of us slept in the king bed and one of us slept on the fold out couch in the living room which was separated by a door. Worked out well. - Bathroom and shower was nice. Cons: - We stayed on the top floor of the hotel during a heat wave and the HVAC...
