“It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself”

“The restaurant was not set up well for breakfast. We were not told that there was no table service Monday and Tuesday. The waitress for the to go breakfast was unpleasant when we were sitting down waiting for menus. That's the only time we were told no table service. There was one person at the front desk that was uncooperative. When asked a question he didn't want to answer it. I later learned that he didn't know anything. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??”
