“I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....

“We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. “The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. “It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...

“Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...
