“The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you.”

“They advertised a pool but they no longer have one. Onsite laundry $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They accept pets but don't recognize ESA! $30 per night pet fee. Awesome staff! Overall a Great stay very quiet!”

“We had an okay experience. On our last night the key card would not work. We went downstairs to the lobby and found no one there. We called the phone and listened to it ring with no one picking up. Started yelling to see if someone was around and eventually someone showed up. He made new keys and sent us on our way. No "oh sorry about that or anything" Weird set up where the lobby is not accessible by the elevator. Shower curtain and bath mat needed to be replaced, both were torn and ratty...

“My stay was wonderful in every way with a comfy bed, clean room and very quiet as well. The hot breakfast is an added bonus. I'll definitely stay here again.”

“The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger..”

“They offered cleaning on the second day but the housekeeper was roaming our floor early so we put out the do not disturb sign out. We vacated the room at 9:45 am but our room did not get cleaned or towels swapped out. Pool was a little cold and the hot tub was only around 100 deg. but the overall hotel was nice and had a decent breakfast. Coffee could use a bit of an upgrade.”

“I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

“Great Buffet breakfast options, and the property is distinctive with a nice garden, pond, and gazebo between the buildings. The only problem we ran into was not having an elevator, but with only two floors in our building, it wasn't too big a problem. One thing to note - the property is built on a hill-side, which can make the parking lot a little hard to navigate.”

“I am a returning guest to this property and when I arrived at check-in Hilary helped me. I gave her my name and explained my room preference. She advised me that she saw my name on the list of check-ins and knew my preference and had already put me in my desired room. I've only interacted with her a few times and was surprised that she remembered me and my room preference. I really appreciate the staff at this property, Erroll and Grace and have helped me in the past and are super friendly...
