“Staff were friendly but they did not let us know that the hot water went out until we were checking out. Breakfast was just okay but there is a restaurant walking distance to eat breakfast. The bathroom floor looked dirty and no plug for the tub was available. The room smelt old. Mattress was very broken in.”

“It was definitely different not dealing with a front desk person but everything was given to me before I arrived. Very nice place and reasonable priced. I'll definitely stay again.”

“As outside temperature was in the 98 to 105 degrees. Way too hot for the miss’s and I. There is a fishing pond and a paddle boat you can use if you wish. Breakfast was great and the owner Perry was very polite and had done well with the place. Great place to relax. Except for the hot weather everything was very good.”

“It was a clean room. Its on a main road so a little noisy. The mattress was hard as a rock, I prefer a softer memory foam mattress. Decent hotel in a decent neighborhood. There was a homeless guy sleeping behind the hotel, not a problem, but not great to see. There is a gas station next door so they have a convenience store if you need.”
