Hotel a Copan

“First of all the hotel is part of a run down apartment complex. It smells like mildew and cigarette smoke and the room was dark and dreary and really outdated.”

“Cleaning Staff was friendly, front desk was not overly nice by any means. Although He was prompt to come to the desk when I got there to check in. The room had an unpleasant Odor to it upon walking into it. The bathroom door did not close or open all the way. “You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.”

“The front desk help was so helpful and we really enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub in the room was very relaxing. The room and stairwell did smell very musty like mold.”

“Not sure about pets, as I did not have one. Did not use the spa. The room was very clean. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. ”

“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

“There apparently are one or more air conditioners out at the property, and the hallways were Hella hot! I was barely able to get my bags in my room! The door was the heaviest door I've ever opened and I was unable to hold the door open and pull the luggage through at the same time!!! It was awful every time we had to open it. (Go try it yourself!! It's room 404!). A n d here is the kicker..... It a handicapped room! I pray a handicapped person is never assigned that room! Otherwise the room...

“BarDew Valley Inn and its owner, Perry, were amazing!! The suite decor was fun (ours was a French Chateau), and the common areas beautiful and comfortable. Perry offers a movie room with a huge selection of DVDs, as well as satellite TV in both the common area and each suite. And his breakfast each morning was delicious! We would definitely stay again (and maybe try a different suite!) when we are in that area again.”

“The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly.”

“The room had roaches. We went to Walmart and bought bug spray and sprayed the entire room. We stayed at the hotel after discovering the bug problem on because it was already checked in and no time to locate another hotel. I would absolutely suggest another hotel until this location gets the bugs under control. The staff was super nice and apologetic of the situation. I did not ask for a correction for the situation they could not help. Hopefully they can fix this issue”

“We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and should have been moved to another easier in our stay. The pool area smelled of strong chlorine and the flooring was coming up in the exercise room. Staffing was very friendly and courteous however not as responsive and we thought they should have been to our toilet none flushing issue.”
