“The staff was excellent! However there was offensive smells in hallway followed by the overwhelming smell of bug spray in the room which triggered an asthma attack. A spider in the bathroom. And we immediately had to leave as I couldn’t breathe. My daughter also had trouble breathing and got dizzy. I took a breathing treatment and she went back in to check out/cancel the room. The manager removed all fees for us immediately. As she also didn’t want me to end up in the hospital with asthma...

“Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk......

“I was really disappointed with this stay. The vent in the bathroom was held to the ceiling with duct table. It appears they attempted to seal a crack in the top and caulking was blatantly visible. The tv turned on and volume up and down, but we couldn't change the channels. Got a new remote, new batteries for the old remote, still didn't work. And to top it off the WHITE towels were dirty... WHITE TOWELS DIRTY!! I did NOT want to take a shower!! Now that I think about it, I should have went...

“The air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was very hot when we arrived. We alerted the staff and they came up and replaced the unit while we were out. The staff was helpful, the bed comfortable, great room for the price especially the weekend we were there.”

“Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.”

“We reserved a room that pictured a bathtub in the main bedroom. The room also was listed specifically as King Bed w/ sofa bed (Large Room). The bathtub was in the bathroom (not as pictured) and the room was a regular size, which was disappointing. The side guest entrance had an AC unit leak directly above the door. You couldn’t avoid getting wet. The couch cushions and the comforter were both stained. There were spilled coffee and grounds on the base of the lamp that weren’t cleaned from the...
