Hotel a Broken Arrow

“We have stayed there a couple of times now and both times have been great experiences. Very clean and comfortable beds. ”

“I asked 3 times to get my trash picked and fresh towels and was told by each person they would take care of it but didn't. One was the front desk manager”

“Pool was too small and didn’t use it. Felt the parking was safe. I really enjoyed talking with the housekeeping staff.”

“Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly on top of the hotel frim the lobby area to our rooms was very clean. Room was big and came with everything you needed and more.”

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”

“Would not stay! My kids and I were staying for a soccer tournament. Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Checked in and ask about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. Nothing was posted before booking. As soon as we got to the room, I checked everything over. The toilet had what I’m guessing was cleaning acid all over seat (still wet) I wiped it up and it took paint/coat off the seat. Tried to flush and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tried 5 or 6 times to no...

“Only thing that really stuck out negatively was that our "fresh" towels had black hair all over one of them, and then the next day when we got more "fresh" wash clothes, one of them looked like black make up was all over it. Kinda yucky...”
