Hotel a Broken Arrow

“Room was disgusting, had stains all over the sheets and pillow cases. Black mold in the showers and the smell in the room was atrocious! We checked out within 10 mins of checking in. Staff was accommodating by saying she would fully refund our money and apologized.”

“Really chill spot next to everything you need. Super clean and multiple entrances. Probably my go to from now on”

“Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the hotel, the room, and the pool. Breakfast was a nice layout of varies items to chose from. I'd definitely recommend this place from kids to adults.”

“Staff was not visible and not outwardly friendly. Bathroom had ants, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, elevator wasn’t clean, facility appeared to be at least 30-40 years old but efforts had been made to update. I don’t plan to stay here again. The location was convenient and accessible with good restaurants near by.”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy check in and the lady at desk was great. Room was very large.”

“Nice clean hotel, but the desk people were hardly ever there. Their breakfast was not what it used to be, so we opted to eat breakfasts elsewhere. There are better hotels in the Pryor area. Do your research.”

“Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”

“This is an older building but it was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. We were there on the 4th of July, people were shooting fireworks off everywhere and a big storm rolled in. The power went off for an hour and I felt safe leaving the door open all that time. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”
