The main thing I look forward to besides the clean room is a hot shower and are comfortable bed. The first day the maids never came to our room. The second day they came around 4 o’clock, but one of my family members was taking a nap. The third day was the only day that they serviced our room. The beds could’ve been more comfortable. The main thing that I was upset about was not having any hot water. The water was barely warm and when I said something at the front desk, they said they were working off one boiler. To me that’s something I’m necessity that should’ve been fixed right away. There are no excuses. The Jacuzzi was wonderful, and the one woman at the front desk was extra friendly and helpful. The staff at the breakfast area were amazing. Except for this one lady who was cooking. I had asked for hot water since it was out and she said OK. She wants to get it and said that the water comes out extremely slow, but she got it. It ran out again and my sister-in-law asked for some and she said in a rude tone I’ll do it when I get to it. Basically, meaning that she was too busy and it would take too long for her to do it. There was another woman who was cleaning up, who did not speak English, but she wants up getting it. The breakfast was great a nice variety and the food was replenished promptly. Check-in was easy. It was a convenient location. If I was ever to stay there again, I would definitely ask if they’re hot water was working before I decided to.
