“The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in, and the elevator was no better. It immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. The rooms are noticeably outdated and run down. On the positive side, I didn't see any bugs and the bedding appeared clean — so there's that, at least.”

“I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”

“We were on a girls trip for bachelorette. Ac in room was broken, offered new room but ac also broken in that one. First room smelled bad musty and was so humid even the maintenance man made a comment about smell. Front desk was very unhelpful and did not care. Had to switch to a different hotel at 10pm on first night. At least they gave refund. Wasted 3 hours of our trip on this mess. Highly recommend Comfort Inn which is the hotel we switched to.”

“Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed.”

Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE.
