“The room was absolutely filthy and I found blood spots all over from bed bugs. I checked in and immediately back out. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. It smelled awful and when inspecting the beds we found some type of torch lighter under the mattress. All around terrible experience we went to another hotel and had a great experience so yourself a favor and...

“The staff was so nice and the bed was comfortable”

“It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. ”

“Got there earlier than my check-in and didn't realize that check-in wasn't until 4pm. We had a graduation diner to attend and had been on the road for 8 hours. We needed to get ready and get out of the car. The staff helped out and let us check-in almost two hours early. Room was clean with plenty of amenities. Staff very helpful and courteous. Casino was clean and had plenty of games to choose from. Won a little lost a little. Had a good time.”

“Very friendly & welcoming staff. We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed the breakfast. Some of the rooms are clean and comfortable, but all are being update gradually. So those rooms with dirty furniture (chairs) are being redone with new furnishings. ”
