“This was truly the worst experience I’ve had in my life at a hotel. Glad I decided not to stay. It was so disgusting”

“Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites McAlester during a road trip and it was exactly what I needed - easy, comfortable , and no stress. Quick check-in, clean room, and I slept really well. The free hot breakfast was a great bonus, and I liked that the TV had apps like Netflix etc. available to use. A smooth, reliable stay - I'd definitely come back !”

“First room we were put was filthy and had dead bugs on the floor. Pulled back the sheet from the bed and it looked like someone had slept there and they didn’t change the bedding. Called front desk, told him the issues and he deep sighs on the phone, clearly annoyed, he said he would give us a different room. He didn’t even check to see if that room was clean. Lots of dead bugs, the bedding on both beds were worse than the first room. The air conditioner has an issue, it was loud and would turn...

“This room was in fair condition. The staff was hospitable. There were no amenities in this room. No coffee pot, alarm clock, telephone, luggage rack…. Nothing. They also did not have continental breakfast or complementary coffee. ”

“Room was clean, bathroom was clean, air-conditioning worked great. There was even a ceiling fan in our room. Excellent stay for the price!”
