“What a great stay! Every area was clean, staff was nice, the breakfast decent. We'll stay here again if we ever get up that way. ”

“Don’t request a room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff will then give you a room BY the elevator and the ice machine. Toilet was clogged in the evening, housekeeper knocked in the early a.m. Location was great. breakfast was decent. Special request ignored. ”

“Room was surprisingly clean even though outside of the room the rest of the hotel had a strange oder. The elevators didn't work. Had to tote luggage to the 3rd floor. the door key didn't work. Had to be moved to a different room.”

“We have stayed there a couple of times now and both times have been great experiences. Very clean and comfortable beds. ”

“feels like an overrated motel 6! breakfast was a joke. the clerk to check us in thought he was a comedian. I had to argue to get the room I reserved, the sofa bed was nothing but a twin bed that had a mattress that you could feel every coil! disgusting”

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“The hallways had a very strong chemical/deodorizing smell which was very unpleasant. Check out was at 11 and we left in the morning to run and errand and then came back around 10:30 to get our multiple leftover containers from our room fridge that we left on purpose to stay cold. When we returned to the room, housekeeping had already gone into the room and started cleaning and threw away our food. When I approached the front desk, I verified that it was not yet checkout time yet and explained...
