“No help from staff we needed to check out early cuz there was a licour bottle under my son mattress in his room they would not even offer to come clean the room or change rooms terrible experience air wasn’t working right wouldn’t stay again”

“Bring slippers!! The floors will make your feet black and the caret is sticky. Bedding felt damp and the room smelled like damp. Oh and the toenail snacks between the bed and nightstand, epic. They also allowed a semi truck to park by the rooms and start and stop its engine all night for three days.”

“We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. We did eventually call the emergency maintenance #, and the guy did eventually read the correct code and we figured out what happened. There was no soap for the showers. “The staff had excellent customer service. They were patient, friendly and helpful. The pool was super clean. Breakfast was stocked. Our room is why I did not give 5 stars. Our toilet did not flush, the maintenance man came and said we have to lift the back lid and tap the knob inside the tank. Every other flush we had to do that.”

“DON’T STAY HERE!! This hotel was so awful we left immediately & went elsewhere. Gym, pool, & hallways were filthy. Rooms wreaked of mold, building was falling apart inside, elevator wasn’t working but desk clerk tried to get us to “try” it anyway. Desk clerk refused to return money claiming she’d never had a complaint (reviews online tell otherwise), informing me she’ll tell the owner that I just didn’t want to stay there which is a lie. “Breakfast is mass produced muffins and a waffle maker. Fitness room is out of order and used for mattress storage. Stairway smells like weed.”
