“Clean,breakfast staff was nice will be back”

“Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma.”

“The staff was excellent! However there was offensive smells in hallway followed by the overwhelming smell of bug spray in the room which triggered an asthma attack. A spider in the bathroom. And we immediately had to leave as I couldn’t breathe. My daughter also had trouble breathing and got dizzy. I took a breathing treatment and she went back in to check out/cancel the room. The manager removed all fees for us immediately. As she also didn’t want me to end up in the hospital with asthma...

“Our room 323 had hair in corners under the bathroom sink. THERE was Not a spa as listed on your website, Breakfast was ok but under cooked bacon and oatmeal. Needed to ask for coffee and milk to be replenished. Parking was good. Staff was helpful and fixed our door because it did not lock.”

“Upon arrival to the hotel we passed several men smoking outside the entrance. We waited a long 5 minutes for a clerk to come. As directed we rang the bell for assistance. As it turned out he was one of the men smoking; he saw us and had to know we were checking in as we had luggage. Evidently this property is used by construction companies for their employees. These people track in clumps of dirt that trail from the entrance to front desk to the elevators and onto the carpeted hallways of...

“The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive.”
