Hotel vicino a Couchville Lake - Nashville

“Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand.”

“Our stay was excellent the staff was amazing very friendly professional and helpful the hotel was very clean and and up to date fresh coffee was always available along with ice water in the lobby and the breakfast was amazing something for the entire family I will definitely recommend to our friends and family”

“The stay was nice. I forgot to get the manager’s name, but she was great! Very helpful and she honored her word! The breakfast was really good. There are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The reason I gave 4 stars, we needed extra wash cloths and we always had to wait and some of the cleaning staff were very rude! Overall, I would stay here again.”

“This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...

“There was an aggravating problem at the window where there was a constant drip hitting the windowsill all night, I'm not sure where it was coming from the roof or the above air conditioner. We were on the 3rd floor (301). That constant drip all night caused problem for good sleep. The hotel was full this weekend. We asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day. “Stayed for a concert in Nashville. Being next to the airport, the place stays booked. It looks like there was a complementary airport shuttle as well. There were a few things that were minor inconveniences, but overall the stay was uneventful and pleasant. The most inconvenient part of the stay was the eating area's size or seating capacity. Drury's push "kickback hour", and we intentionally booked the Drury for this amenity. Basically a dinner buffet of sorts, so you don't have to fight...

“Staff were friendly, didn’t get that thanks for choosing us feeling. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Just enough parking.”

“Room appeared clean upon arrival. Floor was sticky. Toliet did not work and coffee make broken as well. Bartender was not friendly and did not acknowledge we were there for at least 15 mins.”
