“Clean room, comfortable bed, the pool was great with lots of seating, and breakfast was the standard offering but it was very clean in there and it was just well done. We would stay again.”

“It was just what we needed”

“The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of of items to choose from. it was disappointing the there was not enough check-in staff to handle the many guests checking in on a busy weekend. Also found that the enforcement of the "no noise between 11 pm and 7 am" was very lax. People were coming in and partying in the hallways. Front desk staff and security were slow to respond. Doors are so heavy that they slam shut if not guided. I would...

“I booked on Expedia. I showed up and it was a dump and smelt of possibly urine. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and the employee said I have to contact Expedia for a refund. Good luck with that. I paid a lot of money to not even stay. Lesson learned. Never use Expedia ever again.”

“The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer.”

“Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.”

The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat.
