“Unsatisfied as room was not as site description , 4th bed was a sofa not ready we had to prepare and so old that you coyote feel each spring in the back. Many dirty on floor too. I will not come back again”

“The place is about half hour from Seward which is great if you don’t get accommodation in Seward. We stayed in cabin 6, and there was junk yard all around that with old broken vehicles which is not a good sight. I felt the place was overpriced”

“Super cozy log cabin equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ drive from Seward and very close to Exit Glacier. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available for anything I needed. I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing property and very caring hosts”

“I’m trying hard to be reasonable here. We booked and paid for four adults. Dirty Room only had beds for three so we needed a stretcher - it was rusty, stained mattress, smelly. Furniture appeared to have Bora dust. When they brought sheets for the stretcher they not only had holes in them but fresh, unwashed stains! The blankets smelled of dope. Then they said we had to pay an extra $35USD for the stretcher and extra person, but our booking was already for four people. Tried to contact Expedia...

“I didn’t know I booked cabin, but I got a cabin. It was super small and uncomfortable. The location is pretty nice, I don’t know how the rooms are, but cabin was not so nice”

“Arrived after an evening cruise-so around 10p, room was ready & entry was easy to find. Staff was helpful to show the way around & paper labeling info made it easy. my bed had a curtain through stairs but right below the kitchen. most people were asleep but there are no quiet hours & some people were speaking where you could hear until after midnight. Morning in the kitchen started around 0600 & there’s no chance of sleeping in past that time. Was able to take a shower at my own time &...

“What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!”
