“The check-in process was quick and easy. The customer service was great. Having 2 elevators was a plus. The outside was clean, neat and within walking distance of the Mall. “Our stay was nice and mostly quiet, the only complaint Is that our bed linen smelt soured like it had been folded wet or sat in the wash over night, front staff provided all clean linen so no big deal. The parking is a little frustrating but they can’t really help that- seems to be the theme in Charleston. Breakfast and staff are wonderful we loved the joint courtyard and fire place! We’d definitely stay again! ”

“This was our first time venturing outside of staying with Hilton. Overall great experience staff was friendly, hotel was quiet, and breakfast was nice. The fourth-floor hallway had a horrible fishy smell, but it did not carry over to the room which was nice. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would defiantly stay again. ”

“From the moment we checked in, we were treated with a smile and kindness. I wish I could remember the name of the man who checked us in, but he was so accommodating and constantly checked to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction. From the Happy Hour snacks to the excellent breakfast, the food and coffee hit the spot. Our room was great! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had a fridge big enough to accommodate our groceries. I highly recommend this hotel!”
