“The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best. The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean. ”

“plus points: pick-up and drop off to Airport, good breakfast even if not really ideal for eastern customers, front office good. Negative points: NOISY all the time even if me at 5th floor, people all the time talking in the rows and really unquite ambient. I am old customer of this hotel since "quarantine time" but sincerely I doubt to come again here”

“Genuinely horrible experience. We used the get directions link on the app. Took us to the middle of the Jakarta slums with roads barely big enough for our taxi. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, what’s app, and the number they provided for contact, no response.
