“Well equipped, homey, centralized. We didn't get a chance to use the outside amenities due to the heat. Loved having the washer and dryer right there.The only inconvenience was the stains on the pull out mattresses, which the grandkids would not use so we doubled up the sleeping arrangements. Honestly, even with that, we so enjoyed our time there.”

“It is a very convenient location to Dollywood, PF main strip and the National Park. The accommodation was as described. Communication was timely and proactive from the host.”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our group! Kitchen was stocked with all needs for cooking everything that we had than taken to prepare, with plenty of space to store everything. Bathrooms are spacious for all of our girls to keep their stuff separated. Hot tub was a hit! Pool table was a fun time for us. Theater room was a great pass time for the kids while the adults enjoyed the deck. The view!!! Wow! Felt like we were on top of the world! Mountain to the back, fireworks at night...

“The a/c went out the second day we were there but we got ahold of the onsite housekeeper Leann and she was quick to call the owners, the a/c was fixed in less than 2 hours! We were VERY pleased with that! The cabin makes you feel like home and PLENTY of room to roam around. The only thing we didn’t care for is that it was too close to the road but other than that we’d stay again! ”

“The location was great, just a few minutes to walk to the main strip! The cottage was very clean, and the AC was great after being out in the heat all day. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We even had a bear pass by the back of the building one day! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I visit the Smoky Mountains!”

“The back porch views of this property make it an unforgettable spot. Beautiful mountains and sunrises. Once the sun is behind the cabin, it’s a nice cool spot to enjoy the afternoon and evenings. The house fit our family comfortably. The dining table was perfect size. The location is right by Dollywood and not far from any of the local sites. We can’t wait to visit again! My only feedback is that the house needs a small vacuum and better broom to make keeping it tidy easier. The broom there is...
