“Room was nicer than expected. AC and heat worked fine. Only real negative was the hallways had a funky odor almost like mold. Seemed stronger closer to the elevators and ice machines so may be coming from there. Was surprised by quality of the room after experiencing that in the hallway though. Staff was also excellent both the team when we arrived and when we left. Very polite and accommodating. ”

“Staff was very nice but the rooms were disgusting because they had roaches and it’s supposed to be a No Smoking hotel and the person that was staying above me was smoking in their bathroom with the fan on and the smell came into my bathroom. The breakfast the advertise is a bag breakfast that you can grab and go but it’s first come first serve. 0/10 would not recommend ”

“Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else.”

“Need to be cleaned, stair carpet were very dirty, not vacuumed , stained, worn.. entrance from parking lot was never locked, cardkey reader was missing. Breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, could cereal, pop tarts. No milk. No hot food.”

“Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. ”

“Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important.”

“Struttura vecchiotta, stanza bruttina per quanto ho pagato. Il lavandino è fuori dal bagno e la doccia ha la tenda di plastica. Servizi accessori che giustifichino il prezzo non adeguati. in compenso il personale è di una gentilezza squisita. Colazione buona ma ho visto di meglio. la pulizia, per gli standard americani di pulizia, è buona. Posizione buona.”
