I am handicapped,have a wheelchair and prosthetic leg. The thresholds was too high to go over and door was super heavy so would not stay open to go in. The shower was not handicap accessible, I was able to slide over into the shower but the shower head was too far. The hooks were on the farthest spot in the bathroom. After getting the ok for late check out I was interrupted at 9 am with someone trying to to come into my room , thank goodness I had locked it so he couldn't enter. Then while in the shower I hear banging on the door. I yell out to say I'm in the shower and no one is there with me but continuous bagging. I rush out of the shower open the door and there's a man telling me I'm late in checking out. I told him I got permission for late check out. He proceeds to leave saying he will look into it. Then 5 mins later comes knocking AGAIN to which I open again and he tells me yes she forgot to note it. When I was finally checking out I called to ask for help. The man on the other end was not understanding so offered to bring me the cart. After explaining I was in the handicap room in a wheelchair he finally said he would send someone. I will not be back.
