“There was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod. The drain plug was broken so it was stuck closed, had to open it with my fingernails in order for the water to go down. Yuck. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. ”

“This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. ”

“This is a cozy little cabin, nestled in the woods, about 15 minutes from I 65. This is not a traditional hotel room and there’s a few things lacking which you should know about before booking. There’s no TV. No sink in the bathroom (you use the kitchen sink). No closet. No mirror to you speak of (there’s a 3 x 5 index card size mirror inside one of the kitchen cabinets). “Love the ability to sleep in a train. The old union station is gorgeous. It is connected via the Skywalk to the Convention center which makes travel outside not necessary depending on where you want to go.There needs to be more amenities, like a happy hour with free popcorn and lemonade for guest. I think paying to park at the hotel even though I’m already paying to stay there is ridiculous.This is the normal for downtown hotels but the pricing was way too high. Overall I would stay again.”

“The rooms are very clean. We enjoyed the bar while waiting for our room to get ready. The buffet was fantastic for breakfast. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend the fried portabella mushrooms. ”
