“It would be nice if there were some clear signs telling you where to go in to check in for the motel. Also , the rain shower was quite weird and sprayed in many different directions. But the man at the desk was very kind when we left. His name is escaping me. It was unique.”

“This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. It's too close to the lobby where people gather and play games, pool, etc in the evenings. In cold weather, I miss...

“Remodeled old hotel with outdoor entrances. No elevator, but each of the two buildings has only two floors. Water leaking onto concrete balcony in a couple places. No smoking allowed, yet the room smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Breakfast was fair: scrambled eggs, muffin with American cheese, juices from dispenser, cereal, awful bakery, coffee and tea. The bacon was horrible. “There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected.
