Hotel a Churubusco

“Location was key. Could use updating. Sidewalks crumbling, our door lock was broken. Carpet was dirty.”

“This place was wild. The pool was very warm, but unfortunately warmer than the hot tub. They seem to be pretty stingy with towels, but they did finally give us two extra (so all four people in the room could have their own towel.) Our bed was mysteriously moist—like the bedding hadn’t been dried quite all the way when it was put on the bed. We just slept on top of the covers because we were too tired to bother. The duvet cover wasn’t one though—just two sheets sandwiching the duvet between...

“We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price.”

“We had reserved two rooms for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night as we indicated we would be. Upon arriving, we were immediately shocked by the state of the lobby. Dark, not inviting, clearly old and rundown. We checked in and were even more shocked when we entered our rooms. Stains on all of the comforters, mold in the bathroom, growing on the shower curtains, and on the tile tiles. Dead bug in the ceiling light. Stains on the floors, air conditioner was spewing,...

“Don't go often but this trip was good. Enjoyed my stay except I get up very early and no coffee pot in the room. No coffee until 6 am. I asked for handicap and toilet was too far down. Could not get up by myself. Had my daughter's to help. Thank goodness.”

“The hotel is in renovation, and lot of dirt in the house has not been cleaned, we have to clean the surface after we checked in. So the Gym is not available either. There is a lot of parking place and the location is very convenient.”
