I appreciate that The staff were not being overbearing. They were very polite and helpful. I had several children for my daughter’s birthday sleepover and they got pretty rowdy but nobody was rude about it. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room/facilities, easy to accommodate special needs (management is AWESOME). We've gone twice now and whenever we're in town visiting family in the future we'll probably continue to be loyal customers to this location, they've gone above and beyond ...

We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. ...

This apartment is a 2 bedroom(s), 2 bathrooms, located in Marion, IN.
Water pressure was a little low, but IWU’s pressure is too. I am sure it’s the area. It was priced right and right by the campus our daughter goes to. Worked well for us. Will stay again.

University Limestone
We rented this property for my husband and I and 2 cousins to stay in while we were in Indiana from SC and CA to attend a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Nice neighborhood near university and convenient to everything we needed..
