“Very clean overall but the sofa needs steam cleaned or replaced. It had very visible stains on it. No toaster on property even though it is listed in the amenities. We tried to watch TV and couldn’t log in. It kept asking for a ROKU password that isn’t available. Access code was not included on email but a simple phone call took care of that. I would stay there again very comfortable clean beds and the kitchen has a lot of extras minus the missing toaster lol. Location is a very easy drive to...

“Julie was so helpful and communicative. The property was well equipped with all we needed for the kitchen which is a huge plus. The backyard and pergola was a nice bonus and the beds were really comfy. My only piece of feedback would be to provide more trash bags! For a 6 night stay we were only given 3 bags total for trash and recycling for 5 people on vacation cooking and drinking lol definitely wasn’t enough. Other than that, wonderful and would definitely stay again!”

“We were visiting Indianapolis to attend the Indy 500 including the qualifying. The location is very convenient for both IMS and downtown. The property was ideal for our group of 4. The veranda at the front is a really nice feature overlooking the park. It was a great place to sit in the evening with the sun behind the house. We loved the supply of ground coffee. Not something we usually find in UK or European properties. We would certainly look to book here again if we come back to Indianapolis.”

“The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.”

Beds are comfortable & they even suppy nice sound machines which we really enjoyed. Hosts are very friendly & kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. The hosts communicated well, comfortable beds and big backyard. The overall cleanliness of the house did not meet our standards and lacked curb appeal.”

“Needed a nice comfy place to lay our heads from a night on the town. Plenty of space and beds for a group of 8. Very cool and unique place. Close to downtown so walking was an option unless you dive into extreme motorsports and grab 8 scooters with the group and rip through town. 10/10 would do it again.”
