“We were in town for college graduation. This was a great option for our family -- very large master suite, other nice bedrooms, and incredibly spacious common space (open concept living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room). We were so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Everything was top-notch and super-clean. Highly recommended.”

“Great location. The home was clean and very comfortable. The perfect size for our girls getaway. The highlight is the deck overlooking the pond. Happy hour was so much more fun out there as was our morning coffee!! The location was perfect for us. Close to Arts & Design District -had lunch and shopped and walked back down the Monon Trail. Over to the shops behind the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed a rainy Saturday. Market was too wet in the a.m - we are saving that for our next trip! Also...

“If lodging & location is all you need, this place is perfect. It’s super clean. Neighborhood is not what I expected and the house amenities are basic but the house served it’s purpose and that’s all we expected. ”

“The property was great. We had 4 adults in oir group and it was comfortable. The canals are only a few blocks away and there are many options for food within 1/3 mile. No complaints, would stay there again.”

“Overall was good. The bathroom situation with none on second floor was disappointing. Not a place to walk around or hang out outside. Served the purpose. Would have preferred a door on the bathroom and. Tv in a main area on 1st floor. ”

“We stayed Fri-Sun for season opener WNBA Fever game. The carriage house was nice layout for the 4 of us (but would also be good for group/family of up to 6-8). It’s in great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with bars/restaurants. Owner kept in good communication, as needed. It was a 6 hour drive for us, and we’d stay here again if up in the area for future event.”
