Hotel a New Castle

“Bathroom was dirty. The gentleman who cooked eggs in the morning was amazing. Best part of staying there.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. “Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in.”
