Hotel a Silver Lake

“Motel was great! Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot with lots of items to choose from. Great coffee. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. “No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast.”

“This has to be the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed at. Do they even own a vacuum? Garbage cans overflowing for 2 days at the breakfast area. Continental breakfast not being stocked as people were eating, most food containers were empty. “The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!”
