Hotel a Wawaka

“This is an “all in one” place to stay. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained with WiFi easily available. A large convenience store is on site. Fuel is also on site. Other amenities are also available. The staff was courteous and easily available. Vivec, who was responsible for the rooms, asked to be sure everything was good with our stay and asked for any recommendations for improvements. Would definitely stay at this facility again.”

“The property itself was very nice. We have stayed at this facility for many years. However, this time we ran across a concern as we were locked out of the indoor pool. We went outside on the patio to get some sun and were unable to get back in as the key swipe machine was gone. There were just wires hanging on the wall.My husband had to walk outside the entire facility and through rocks to get back in. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they said the assistant manager already knew about...

“We stayed after the concert, which was perfect and we were able to walk from our hotel to the theater, which is right next-door. The breakfast buffet is amazing which is included. Will definitely stay here in the future”

“Tiny room, no drawers or closets. Housekeeping only every other day. Breakfast was cold and minimal.”

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”
