Hotel a Columbia City

“Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area. ”

“This was the absolutely worst hotel i have ever seen. Where do i start. First the key didn't work and had to get a new one. The room liked as if it had never been blended properly or maintained. The fridge was hot, and smelled so bad. The bathroom was cover in long black hairs on the floor and all in the shower. The TV did not work and the skirting around both needs had very questionable "white stains". When you turned the sink on, since the screen is moving from the faucet, the water went...

“The only positive about the place was that our room was renovated. The entire place was under construction and that was not disclosed when booking. There were construction materials everywhere blocking all amenities like the pool and gym. We were unable to partake in the continental breakfast as the had ran out of basically everything. Very very disappointing for the amount we paid”

“Room was clean and bright. Breakfast was lacking since the pancake and yogurt machines were down. Staff was helpful and accommodating. ”

“I like the Wyndham properties over the cheaper budget hotels because they are more comfortable and I don't like motels with room doors that go directly outside. The staff was very welcoming and the Fort Wayne area is, at least, not 'Ghettoville USA' thankfully. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I liked the free coffee and breakfast in the morning. It's a basic breakfast, but with restaurant prices these days, it saves you some money.”

“When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid. “I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out.”
